Curl Prep Instructions

Please arrive at your appointment with your hair in its natural state, allowing your texture to shine through, tangle-free, and dry. Please avoid wearing hats, clips, headbands, ponytails, buns, twists, braids, or anything that could alter your curl pattern. Also, refrain from using oils or any product that feels greasy to the touch. For the best results, avoid straightening your curls. It's crucial to follow these preparation instructions to receive the best possible service. Failure to do so may result in the need to reschedule your appointment, at the stylist's discretion.

Tardiness Policy

If you are running more than 15 minutes late for your scheduled appointment, you may be asked to reschedule or have your services altered to ensure that your appointment does not exceed the amount of time scheduled. This will be determined based on appointment type and wholly at the discretion of the stylist.

Redo Policy

If desired, you must request a redo appointment within 7 days of your original appointment and have read and agreed to the stipulations below:

If you would like something different than what was discussed during the pre-service consultation, and the expectations of the stylist, you will need to schedule, and pay for, a new appointment to redo.

If your stylist was not able to successfully execute, to your satisfaction, what was discussed and agreed upon during the pre-service consultation, the same stylist would be happy to fix it at no further cost to you.

Cancellation Policy

You'll receive an approval email shortly confirming your appointment. If you don't receive it within 24 hours, please contact us at 203-787-9171 to confirm.

To ensure a smooth experience, please notify us at least 24 hours before your appointment to cancel or reschedule. Failure to do so will result in a 100% charge of the previous service to rebook.

Appointments exceeding 120 minutes require a non-refundable 50% deposit. This deposit will be charged upon approval and cannot be transferred for a future service if there's a no-show or cancellation with less than 24 hours' notice.
